BANANA OATMEAL MUFFINS.. Success.

Tuesday, my crew(Jeff) and I made baked banana muffins. They were pretty great, even though they looked absolutely revolting.

A carbohydrate is any of a class of organic compounds that are polyhydroxy aldehydes or polyhydroxy ketones, or change to such substances on simple chemical transformations, as hydrolysis, oxidation, or reduction, and that form the supporting tissues of plants and are important food for animals and people. The difference between a simple carbohydrate and a complex carbohydrate is that a simple consists of a single monosaccharide unit and complex consists of two or more monosaccharide units. The banana oatmeal muffin is healthy in several ways. Bananas are one of the best sources for the daily potassium we need, they also give us many daily vitamins and lots of energy. Oatmeal is made from oats, which are a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, and also include good sources of nutrients. This is a great, healthy snack to make at home. A rather healthy and safe choice.
