Biskvit Apple Cake

A meringue is an item of sweet food made from a mixture of well-beaten egg whites and sugar, baked until crisp and typically used as a topping for desserts. It is bad to have egg yolk in your egg whites because it won't whip up as well.

The cake is more crumbly than most cakes whereas normally it is smooth and moist. 
I thought the cake was pretty delicious and good. I wouldn't change anything about the cake.
