Spanikopita

When describing fats, unsaturated fats are better for you because they are derived from vegetables and plants. 
Two examples of saturated fats are eggs and butter. Two examples of unsaturated fats are olive oil and nuts. 
The Spanikopita we made in class was alright. The nutrition value in it was acceptable and healthy. Instead of using butter, you could substitute in lard or olive oil.
